We have always felt that a museum gift shop is an extension of the exhibit area. Entrance to our exhibit area is through the back door of our gift shop. Many people who visit the museum for the first time sometimes get so overwhelmed in the our great gift shop that think that the gift shop IS the museum. When visiting the Abita Mystery House be sure to allow some time to browse our gifts - many made locally.
