The deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel 30 days or more before the event. The rental fees are due in full 7 days before the event. If the weather does not allow your guests to attend, the event can be rescheduled for a mutually agreed on time during the following year. The facility should be left broom clean and the majority of party supplies should be removed before 10 AM the day following the party, unless other arrangements are made.
